Shipping and frequent questions

Shipping policy:

International shipments: We ship all our international shipments via DHL Express. Delivery time from when shipment is processed depends on location and varies between 1-4 business days.

Domestic shipments (NORWAY): We ship all our domestic shipments via Bring or DHL Express. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Our express delivery guarantee delivery within 48h during business days.

We ship worldwide with exception of Russia.

Returns:

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept return for earrings.

VAT/Taxes:

Upon arrival to the destination country, international orders may be subject to duties and taxes billed by the destination country customs department. The recipient must bear any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over such charges and cannot predict what they may be.

FREQUENT QUESTIONS:

Do you have sales or discount codes? We do not have annual sales. Please follow our newsletter for any promotional discounts.
